Jakson Power Solutions has commissioned its 20 MW solar power plant in BAP in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. The power plant was built on 100 acres using crystalline cell technology with an investment of Rs. 2000 million. The company has signed a PPA with NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd. The company plans to increase the capacity to 100 MW over a period of 3 years.Latest News :

Welspun Solar had set up 50 MW solar powered plant in Phalodi Tehsil of Jodhpur district of Rajasthan. Welspun had quoted a tariff of Rs. 8.14/ unit for the first 15 MW unit to win the project under JNNSM. The company also won a 130 MW solar project in Madhya Pradesh.
Indian Oil Corp had set up a 5 MW solar power plant in Rawara in Phalodi Taluk in Rajasthan under JNSSM with an investment of Rs.. 670 million. APGENCO had commissioned its 1 MW solar power plant in Priyadarshini Jurala Hydel project in Revulapalli village in Mahaboobnagar district in Andhra Pradesh.
